Fierce Fitness Mat Pilates

Class Description

During this 60-minute class, participants will be lead through a well-rounded Pilates program, suitably matched to the individual’s fitness level. Participants will experience a unique combination of Pilates mat exercises and floor exercises utilizing equipment such as the stability ball, flexbands, and hand weights. These classes are appropriate for healthy participants at all fitness levels. The instructor provides individual attention to each participant, to maximize safety and effectiveness of the workout.

Classes will be held on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM.
Drop in rate $10 per class.

Classes start February 10, 2019.

A minimum of 4 participants is required to hold this program.
